You need help. Delegate. When somebody asks you, "Is there anyone I can do?" You say, "Yes." If no one has specifically offered to help, ask. everybody wants to help out the most important someone in the word--and that's You expectant Mom. Assemble a team of your biggest fans.

If one task is too much, then delegate that task to a concentrate of people. You can have friends or house members help you by doing part of or all of the following:

1) If you don't have them already, get someone on Team Mom to pick out and purchase the baby shower thank you notes or some cute stationary sets.

2) You'll need stamps. Send someone to get them or have the post office deliver them to you.

3) Put the stamps on the envelopes. Heck, if the someone who drops off the stamps, comes in for coffee. Ta-dah! You have a excellent coffee-time task.

4) Assemble a list of current addresses via group E-mail or calling people over the phone.

5) Address the baby shower thank you card envelopes. Once again, if you get somebody else to do number four for you or with you, there's a shot that when the someone comes over to give you the list you can do the coffee thing again and have her help you.

The absolute truth of that statement is so apparent to me, as are the many challenges in trying to live it. We Want to be loving, but at the same time, we're so afraid of what will happen if we are simply unconditionally loving and stop trying to operate everything.

We joke about being operate freaks, but we have all been raised in a culture that teaches us that "constructive criticism" is the way to help habitancy enhance themselves. On the other hand, what I know as a life coach and spiritual mentor who has spent thousands of hours working with people, is that nobody likes to be told how to live and what to do. And all of my metaphysical studies have emphasized the importance of reaching for love, over and over and over again.

So how do we align ourselves more fully with the deepest desire of our human hearts to simply love?

Every one of us has a very real need for what expert therapist, the late Carl Rogers called "unconditional obvious regard". The Buddhists call it "unconditional friendliness" toward oneself and others.... And we thrive on it. It is music to our souls. And it is difficult for us to truly blossom into who we are meant to be without it.

We reach for it in so many ways. Every time we reach for anything in the hopes that it will make us feel good, we are reaching to fill that primal need to know our own goodness and worth. As the song says, "ain't nothin' like the real thing, baby!" because nothing else will ever fill that space.

Why is it so hard to come by? The sass to that interrogate lies in the word 'conditional'. You see, we seem to have a thing about deservingness.

How can we just love and praise and offer this obvious regard, just because someone is on the planet? Don't they have to have done something, or be something, to deserve it, to earn it? We really feel uncomfortable gift it freely, afraid that in the gift of it, we are giving permission to be 'less than acceptable'. We couldn't be more wrong!

It is in the very gift of what we feel is not deserved or earned, that we affirm the worth of the someone to whom we offer it. It is in the unconditional gift that we are saying "I see the essence of you. And you are good. Period."

We are longing to hear this because we go for what seems like forever without hearing it or feeling it from the world nearby us---or often, even from ourselves.

When we begin to shift into this way of viewing and mental about others, we really begin to 'see' and perceive directly, their goodness, and inevitably, our own in a way we hadn't previously-because We Intend To See It. What a qualified intention to hold!

It is as if we are seeing with new eyes: the eyes of the heart. The heart doesn't care about bad moods, dirty clothes on the floor, not enough money, a bad report card. The heart sees straight through all that, to the considerable goodness of the loved one. The heart knows that love is love, no matter what. And the heart rejoices in it!

It thrills the heart to ultimately be free to simply love without reservation. The judging ego will challenge us every step of the way on this path of love with approval/disapproval thoughts and fear thoughts, but the heart is constant and once open, and will keep reminding us of its nature, which is simply to love. That's what the heart does.

And we, ourselves, will feel so good, so happy, remembering the wonderful, caring man we first fell in love with, or the sweet innocent child we first held, or the 'feels like home' best friend we met years ago. We will allow that perception to grow and be held more constantly inside of us because it just feels so good.

It feels better than anything else to love. It raises our vibration like nothing else can. And that is when association Magic begins to happen. The magic is that we begin to see how our loved ones resonate and bloom and flourish in the nearnessy of our unconditional love. Nourished by the words, and the sense, and the feeling of being loved, valued, appreciated, no matter what, the spirit is free to soar toward joy and association and the True Self.

Who among us does not soften at the plan of being accepted unconditionally in spite of our flaws-at the perceive of being witnessed with such sweetness? The longing is so deep and so core, that when it is filled, we can then really begin to have moments of living in the authentic awareness that we are totally and unconditionally loved.

We then no longer need to be numb. We no longer need to shut others out. We no longer need to allow the 'scared-it's-never-enough' ego to run our lives and our relationships. We no longer need to deny our true nature.

The tasty paradox is that as we apply the magic of love to all of our relationships, our loved ones really become more open to the polite opinions we offer that may be helpful to them as they navigate their lives. As we become more open and more loving with ourselves and with them, we ultimately become more hearable because what we are expressing is not arising from fear and the implication that something is 'wrong' that drove our past suggestions and opinions. We are able to hold it all much more lightly since love and trust really do go hand-in-hand.

The other thing that is so prominent to acknowledge, is that once we stop the flow of constructive annotation and instead, begin to listen, we will hear our loved ones telling us exactly what they need from us: just believe in me, please trust me, I just want us to get along, I only want to be close to you, please just love me straight through this difficult time, tell me I'm a splendid person.

The willingness to do just that is a pivotal step to take in manufacture love the centerpiece of our relationships. And then, the very real perceive of how splendid it feels to allow love to flow will guide us the rest of the way as we ultimately get relax into doing our Real job-the one we were born to do.

Living Large When Your Pocketbook Isn't

Tumbling stocks and a world economic emergency - not exactly the words a person wants to hear. These words don't exactly drum up feelings of living large - on the contrary they often spark the panicked 'lack' feelings deep inside many of us.

So what's a person to do when they're inundated by negative news, experiencing major economic challenges and they still want to live large and enjoy life?

Clearly, there's an evolution going on and it's not all bad like the news would want us to believe.

It's leading to perceive that nature ebbs and flows, money ebbs and flows, the tides ebb and flow - all things in nature has an upside and downside. What does this mean to you? If you're experiencing attractive times, it won't last forever. Things will heighten - especially if you take payment instead of feeling helpless.

In order to get confident in your mind, you may need to start with something really simple - be thankful for what you currently have right now in your life. This could be the fact that you can feed your family, you have a place to live or your condition is relatively fine. Take baby steps if you're feeling overwhelmed and not really in a thankful place.

By now, most of you have heard of The Law of Attraction. Without getting into too much detail, the basic law is that: 'Whatever you focus on, you attract.' Therefore, focusing on debt will attract more debt because your mind is focusing on what you have now instead of how to get out of this situation.

If you want to live a large life, you need to add beliefs to your current life to put you in alignment with what you desire. You must focus on what you desire. How do you do this? Start with this main doctrine - treat yourself.

For example, you dream of getting that Sports Massage and then you get your Visa statement in the mail and know you have to pay it. Your power drops and the back massage seems like a luxury you can't afford. So, you don't book the massage. The corollary - you feel empty, stressed out and uninspired. You also don't see the possibilities of confident turn because you're buried by gift problems.

When you treat yourself to something you love, you feel empowered, believe you're worth it and attract more opportunities. Stop feeling guilty - you need to build up your mental, bodily and emotional reserves now more than ever. Think - strength, and focus on all things that create this for you.

Want fancy champagne and a five star hotel but the finances aren't there? Try this:

1. Book a spa treatment: once a month book a fancy treatment to show you deserve it and that your finances will continue to grow to reserve more activities like this.

2. Treat yourself to the best food: top capability champagne, juicy steaks, lobster, and other yummy foods will put you in a good space. You should have one really great meal at least once a month. You may put in order this food at home or dine out at a fancy restaurant.

3. Take a day off: take a day and do something fun and frivolous just for you. If you can't leave work right now - use your weekend and don't do any chores. Use the time to sleep in, read, play sports or see an event.

4. Book a vacation: escape the doldrums and have fun. You might take a week and trip or go somewhere warm during winter. If this isn't in the cards, try a three day excursion to someone else city and be a tourist. Cruises often have repositioning cruises that are fun and inexpensive. Use your imagination and plan something - this way you'll have something to look forward to that will mentally help you cope during attractive times.

5. Test-drive a new car: Take a spin in a car you'd love, take a photograph of yourself in it and imagine what it would take to make your dream car be in your life. Maybe you can't get it right now but doesn't it feel great to cruise in it for a few minutes?

6. Exercise: The best thing you can do when you're stressed it exercise. Why? When you're stressed out, the stress hormone Cortisol, is released into your blood stream and long term effects of it can damage your heart, wreak havoc on your sleep patterns and much more. When you exercise, you flush this hormone out of your body and issue Endorphins - natures 'happy drug.' After a workout, you feel like you can tackle the world. So...get out there and lift weights, get your body attractive - blast through stress. Stocks went down? Smash that punching bag!

7. A foresight Board: gather pictures, words and images that reflect what you want in your life. Cut and paste them to a board and study it every day. Or, use an online foresight board and set your computer desktop so you see these images every day that you're on your computer. You might not see immediate effects but your subconscious mind will line up things in your day that may seem like coincidences but aren't when you pay attention.

8. People: Hang out with population who live large or focus on the confident aspects of life. Laughter is the best remedy so go see that comedian, see a funny movie with friends, have a house party.

Remember: living large is about attitude, not the current financial situation. Don't allowance your thoughts to a best life - introduce small pieces into your current life so you're reasoning of fullness instead of lack.

Crack open that bottle of Dom Perignon and split it with three friends - catch the spirit of transition, growth and change.
